The Honey Project Creamy Soft Set

This honey is predominantly from oil seed rape flowers but there will no doubt be a mix of natural local flowers in there too. It naturally granulates quickly so we carefully control the granulation process to make it smooth, maintaining the same nutritional benefits as raw honey.
